Payment Terms
Full payment for all merchandise is required at the time of order. No Exceptions.
 
We accept Paypal and all Major Credit Cards.
Any credit card fraud or theft attempts against Curbside Hairweave will be pursued for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
 
Billing & Order Processing
If your billing address is different than your shipping address additional verification will be required before your shipment is released. If additional verification is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.
 
Our business hours are:
Monday-Friday 9:00 pm- 9:00 pm
Saturday-Sunday 7:00 am -2:00 pm
Hours are based on Eastern Standard Time.
All orders received are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday unless it is a holiday.
Orders will arrive within the preferred time frame you selected on your order form.
 
Priority Mail is available at an additional $6.00 per order.
Please allow approximately 2-3 business days for Priority orders.
 
Product Availability
We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications however prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately via email.
 
The POP UP Special are subject to the discretion of Curbside Hairweave. Black Out dates may apply.

Special Orders
All special ordered Hair and/or Wigs are only held for 48 hours after a client is notified.  If a client fail to respond within that timeframe, they will forfeit their Hair and/or Wig and their deposit.
 
Return Policy
All sales are FINAL and NO REFUNDS will be issued. No Exceptions!
According to federal guidelines human hair products that have been used cannot be returned for resale.
 
If you have received a product that is defective we want to hear from you. Although we follow a strict no refund policy we will address all quality issues. If Curbside Hairweave verifies and/or agrees that the merchandise is defective in any way that item will be considered for replacement only. Any returned items being considered for replacement must be returned in the original unused condition in which you received it. Any merchandise that has been altered in any way (brushed, combed, cut, removed from the weft or processed) from its original unused condition VOIDS ALL REPLACEMENT CONSIDERATIONS.
 
Replacement requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Replacement request after 7 calendar days will not be honored.
